When is trash collection

Our trash collection service is each Monday and Thursday, including most holidays. Monday’s pickup includes mixed recyclables as well.

WHo is our landscape team?

Our landscape contract is with Shenandoah Landscaping. They are responsible for maintenance and upkeep for all common areas, lawns, trees, shrubbery, and pretty much anything that grows.

WHERE CAN MY GUESTS PARK?

Guests are welcome to park in any space designated “guest,” and for no more than the equivalent of a three-day weekend. Residents, long-term houseguests, tenants, family members, etc, are NOT allowed to use a guest space under any circumstance. This is strictly enforced.

How can I schedule a trash pickup?
