Springfield Town Center

Springfield Town Center is located in Springfield, Virginia in Fairfax County, conveniently located at the intersection of I-95, 395, 495 and Fairfax Parkway. Visit retailers like our 12-screen Regal Cinema or Dave & Busters for the whole family to enjoy.

Lake Accotink and Burke Lake

Our community is fortunate to have two amazing lakes within a 20 minute drive. Lake Accotink features a three-mile hiking trail, as well as pavilions, a carousel, and boat rentals. Burke Lake features many hiking and biking trails, camping, refreshments, and a mini-locomotive for the kids.

Rolling Forest Pool

Right in our backyard, Rolling Forest Pool is the home of the Tidal Waves Swim Team and long, lazy summer afternoons.
