December 2020 HOA Meeting Minutes – 12/16/2020

Minutes of Previous Meeting: Approved October and November meeting minutes
Old Business –
· Snow communication – the board has communicated with Shenandoah re who to contact with snow updates and pre-treat requests. Will add Robert to the contact list.
· Approved and signed off on the landscaping and snow contracts.
· Tree trimming will be signed shortly.
· Annual Board Meeting – Due to COVID-19 restrictions and risk of transmission, and because there is no public space to accommodate, we have decided to cancel the annual meeting and update the community in the next mailer.
New Business –
No new business
Finances –
Reviewed and approved October and November financials
Attorney Relationship – None.
East Coast – none
Common Area Maintenance: Leaf removal in November went well. Winter cleanup scheduled for December 17/18, makeup day 12/21.
Trash Contract – None
Webmaster – Mark and Cory will work to get website published live in 1/2021
Architecture Committee – Second letters went out in late October. Only 5 second letters. One fully resolved, others given extension until Spring to resolve cleaning/painting issues that are problematic in winter; to be completed by the first inspection in late spring 2021. ACC chairman noted one property that may require additional remedial efforts and/or board involvement.
Next Board Meeting – Next regularly scheduled board meeting will be January 13 7:30pm
